Ingredients

For the cocktail :
For the bergamot siphon foam:

Garnish

Bergamot siphon foam. Lemon zest.

Capacity

270 ml

Instructions

  1. Pour all the ingredients of the cocktail in a shaker filled with ice
  2. Shake then pour in a margarita glass
  3. Pour all the ingredients of the bergamot foam in a siphon
  4. Lay the foam on top of the drink
  5. Burn with a blowtorch
  6. Add lemon zest on top
  7. Serve
