The adventure begins with Georges MONIN, a man passionate about flavours.
 In 1912, in the small town of Bourges, Georges decided to create fruit-based syrups to enhance beverages and desserts. This passion has been passed down from generation to generation, with each family member contributing to the company's growth.

Le sirop de MONIN was born.

The transmission of artisanal know-how and the perpetuation of family recipes have always been at the heart of the business. And so, from generation to generation, MONIN has preserved its authenticity and the quality of its taste, while adapting to changing tastes and cultures.
