15 ml Le Sirop de MONIN Agave
15 ml PURE by MONIN Cucumber
40 ml Gin

For the Basil Foam

30 ml Le Sirop de MONIN Basil
70 ml of water
20 pcs mint leaves
1 grm salt
Foamer/ Xanthan gum
Nitrogen Bullet

Decorations

Edible flower or basil leaf

Preparation

Combine MONIN Agave Syrup, gin and PURE Cucumber in a shaker with ice and shake well
Fine strain in an old-fashioned glass with 1 large clear ice cube
Float with basil foam and garnish with an edible flower or a basil leaf
