Whipped cream flavoured with Le Sirop de MONIN Macaron, freeze-dried raspberries and homemade red fruit coulis.

Preparation

  1. Pour all MONIN products directly into the mug
  2. Froth the milk into a jug and pour it in the latte glass
  3. Pour it in the mug
  4. Top with whipped cream (40 ml of syrup for 250 ml plain 35% cream in a 500 ml syphon)
  5. Decorate with homemade red fruit coulis and freeze-dried raspberries
  6. Stir before serving
