Jabuticaba is the first fruit in the Le Fruit de MONIN range that does not grow on a stem, but directly on the trunk of the tree.
Native to south-eastern Brazil, this berry, measuring 3 to 4 cm in diameter, has a purplish colour. Its white, jelly-like flesh features woody notes and a tangy, indulgent profile reminiscent of grapes. This resemblance has earned it the nickname “Brazilian grapevine”.
