Ingredients

20 ml Le Concentré de MONIN Matcha Green Tea
20 ml Pure by MONIN Peach / Apricot
15 ml Le Sirop de MONIN White Chocolate
50 ml gin
20 ml heavy cream
15 ml egg white
Top up with soda water

Capacity

200 ml

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into a shaker except soda water
Shake well first without ice and then add ice and shake well again
Strain into a small thiny highball
Top of with soda water carefully
Serve
