Ingredients

40 ml La Liqueur de MONIN Elderflower
15 ml Le Concentré de MONIN Ginger
150 ml sparkling water
15 ml fresh lime juice

Garnish

Elderflower blossom and two thin slices of fresh ginger, cut into triangular shapes and skewered on a bamboo stick

Capacity

250 ml

Instructions

Pour all the ingredients, except the soda water, into a highball glass
Fill with ice cubes
Top with soda water
Stir gently and garnish
Serve
