  1. Add MONIN Green tea concentrate, MONIN Jasmine syrup, gin, lemon juice, egg white and Angostura bitters to a cocktail shaker
  2. ​Dry shake until frothy
  3. ​ Add cubed ice and shake until chilled
  4. ​ Double strain into a coupe and garnish with an edible flower
