Bubble Tea Cinnamon Roll

Preparation

  1. Add the bobas or tapioca pearls to a glass and fill with ice cubes
  2. Pour in 20 ml of le Sirop de MONIN Cinnamon Roll and le Concentré de MONIN White Tea
  3. Top up with milk, leaving space at the top of the glass for the flavoured cold foam
  4. Pour the skim milk and 10 ml of le Sirop de MONIN Cinnamon Roll into the bowl of a blender specially designed for cold foam
  5. Mix with the appropriate program
  6. Complete the bubble tea with the cold foam and garnish with cinnamon powder
  7. Serve.
