Fizzy Cranberry Float

Ingredients:

• 30ml Le Sirop de MONIN Cranberry
• 20ml lemon juice
• 200ml soda water
• 1 scoop ice cream
  

Garnish: 

• L'artiste de MONIN Caramel

Preparation:

1. Add all ingredients into a highball glass

2. Add ice and stir well to combine

3. Float a scoop of ice cream

4. Garnish to serve
