Gourmand and smooth, with notes of coffee, cocoa, and biscuit, lifted by a delicate creamy touch.

Bartender's tips

Primarily designed for milk-based drinks, this syrup also works well in after-dinner cocktails with white spirits such as vodka or dark spirits such as rum, Cognac, or all types of whisky. In mocktails, I recommend pairing it with Le Fruit de MONIN Cherry and cranberry juice. Its coffee and chocolate notes pair beautifully with red fruits. My favourite use of Le Sirop de MONIN Tiramisu remains the Tiramisu Milkshake.
