Preparation

  1. Pour Le Sirop de MONIN Praline directly into the irish glass
  2. Extract two espressos into a stainless steel milk jug
  3. Add the Irish whisky to the milk jug and heat it all using the steam nozzle
  4. Pour the mixture into the irish glass
  5. Shake the cream in a shaker and pour over the espresso/irish whisky
  6. Garnish with coffee beans.
