Cold Brew Coffee Mousse Pistachio

Preparation

1. In a glass filled with ice cubes, pour the Cold Brew Concentrate and the water
2. Mix
3. In the bowl of a blender specially designed for cold milk foam
4. Pour the milk and the Pistachio Flavour Syrup
5. Blend with the appropriate programme to obtain a nice foam
6. Pour the foam into the glass, creating a layer
7. Decorate with MONIN Cocoa Artiste and MONIN Caramel Artiste
8. Serve
