Preparation

  1. Pour Le Sirop de MONIN Muscovado Sugar directly into the latte glass
  2. Froth the milk into a jug and pour it in the mug
  3. Make the Dalgona and place it on the foam
  4. To make the Dalgona : Pour 3 tablespoons of water, 3 tablespoons of freeze-dried coffee and 3 tablespoons of Le Sirop de MONIN Speculoos into a glass
  5. Blend everything with a frother until you obtain a compact froth
