Ingredients

20ml MONIN Matcha Green Tea Syrup
90ml Watermelon juice
15ml Lemon juice
60ml Soda water
2 drops Saline solution (25%)

Garnish

Watermelon slice
Thai basil leaf

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except watermelon juice into a glass filled with ice and stir
Top up with watermelon juice
Garnish and serve
