10ml MONIN Popcorn Syrup
4g Matcha
20ml Hot water
40ml Cream

BASE

15ml MONIN Strawberry Syrup
80ml Oolong tea
30ml Soda

Garnish

Popcorn

Instructions

Whip the popcorn matcha cream top to desire texture.
Chill until ready to use.
Build your strawberry tea base in a glass.
Add ice, then gently float the matcha cream on top.
Garnish and serve.
