Ingredients

20ml MONIN Mojito Mint Syrup
15ml Campari
50ml Pineapple rum
3-4 pieces Lime wedge
6-8 pieces Mint leaves
2 dashes Aromatic bitters
Soda water

Garnish

Mint sprig
Dehydrated pineapple

Instructions

In a serving glass, add lime wedges and mint leaves to lightly muddle.
Combine the rest of the ingredients, then swizzle with crushed ice.
Garnish and serve.
