30 ml espresso
150 ml milk or pland-based alternative

Garnish

Dusting of cinnamon. Toasted marshmallows.

Instructions

Pour MONIN Toasted Marshmallow syrup into a latte glass
Steam and froth the milk, then pour into the latte glass
Top with espresso to create a layered effect
Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon or toasted marshmallows
