Ingredients

20 ml MONIN Williams Pear fruit mix
10 ml MONIN Salted Caramel syrup
10ml MONIN Lemon Rantcho concentrate
20 ml cream (15%-18%)
Top up with soda water

Garnish

Pear crisp. Grilled marshmallow.

360 ml

Instructions

Pour all ingredients, except soda water, into a Highball glass filled with ice
Stir, then top with soda water
Gently stir once more
Garnish with a dehydrated pear slice and a toasted marshmallow
Serve
