MONIN Triple Sec Curacao syrup has the same bittersweet orange notes as the liqueur, with none of the alcohol. This was developed as part of our ‘virgin flavour range’ to help create delicious non-alcoholic alternatives without sacrificing flavour in beverages. Triple Sec originated in France in the mid 19th century. It was made using the dried peels of bitter and sweet oranges. MONIN Triple Sec Curacao syrup has a lower acidity than many other orange flavoured syrups in the MONIN range and as such can be used in dairy based beverages. MONIN Triple Sec Curacao syrup is perfect for use in coffees, hot chocolates, iced teas, frappés, cocktails and mocktails.
