15 ml MONIN Kiwi fruit mix
10 ml MONIN Basil syrup
60 ml fresh grapefruit juice
2 ginger slices

Basil leaf

Instructions

Add ginger to a cocktail shaker and mash
Add the rest of the ingredients and ice
Shake
Double strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with crushed ice
Garnish with a lime wedge
Serve
