Ingredients

20 ml MONIN Green Tea concentrate
15 ml MONIN Mango fruit mix
45 ml pisco
20 ml egg white
15 ml lime juice

Garnish

Drops of aromatic bitter and an edible flower.

Capacity

180 ml

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice
Shake and strain into the shaker without ice
Shake a second time without ice
Strain into a chilled glass
Garnish with aromatic bitters
Serve
