Wildberry Matcha

Ingredients

  • 20ml MONIN Wildberry Syrup
  • 60ml Whipping cream
  • 5g Matcha powder
  • 40ml Hot water
  • 30ml Butterfly pea tea
  • 120ml Fresh milk

Garnish

Instructions

  1. Whip MONIN Wildberry Syrup and whipping cream with a hand blender until smooth and thick, then set aside.
  2. In a matcha bowl, whisk matcha powder with hot water until fully dissolved and free of clumps.
  3. Fill a glass with ice, then pour in butterfly pea tea and milk.
  4. Gently float the matcha mixture on top, followed by the MONIN Wildberry cream.
  5. Garnish and serve.
