Watermelon Matcha Sparkling

Ingredients:

• 20ml MONIN Matcha Green Tea Syrup
• 90ml Watermelon juice
• 15ml Lemon juice
• 60ml Soda water
• 2 drops Saline solution (25%)
  

Garnish:

• Watermelon slice
• Thai basil leaf

Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients except watermelon juice into a glass filled with ice and stir.

2. Top up with watermelon juice.

3. Garnish and serve.
