Ume Sakura Cha

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Le Sirop de MONIN Ume Plum
  • 20ml Lemon juice
  • 150ml Cherry blossom tea

Garnish:

  • Dehydrated lemon
  • Sakura flowers

Preparation:

1. Put all ingredients into a shaker

2. Shake vigorously with ice

3. Strain into glass with ice

4. Garnish and serve
