Ume Plum Kumbucha Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 20ml Le Sirop de MONIN Ume Plum
  • 5ml Le Sirop de MONIN Ginger
  • 120ml kombu-kombucha

    Garnish: 

    • Seaweed
    • Ginger slice

    Preparation:

    1. Add syrups into a glass

    2. Add ice and top with kombucha

    3. Stir gently to combine

    4. Garnish to serve
