  • 80ml Le Sirop de MONIN Ume Plum
  • 40ml Le Fruit de MONIN Fuji Red Apple
  • 4 scoop Le Frappe de MONIN Non Dairy
  • 480ml oolong tea
  • 1pc. preserved plum (pitted)


    • Mint sprig


    1. Add all ingredients into a blender

    2. Add ice and blend till smooth

    3. Pour mix into a container and freeze for 6 hours

    4. Add 2 scoops of frozen mix into glass

    5. Garnish to serve
