Ultimate Ruby Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 15ml Le Sirop de MONIN Ruby Chocolate
  • 30ml Espresso
  • 155ml Milk

Garnish:

  • L'Artiste de MONIN Cocoa
  • L'Artiste de MONIN Red Velvet

Preparation:

1. Add syrup into a glass with ice.

2. Extract espresso directly into the glass.

3. Steam milk until frothy, then pour it over the espresso. 

4. Garnish and serve.
