Tom-Yum Mary

Ingredients:

  • 20ml MONIN Asian Lemongrass Syrup
  • 40ml Chilli-infused vodka
  • 120ml Tomato juice
  • 2 pieces of Kaffir lime leaves
  • 2 pieces of Galangar

Garnish:

  • Kaffir leaves

Preparation:

1. Muddle kaffir leaves and galangal in the shaker.

2. Add the remaining ingredients to the cocktail shaker. 

3. Fill your glass with ice.

4. Pour your mixture, garnish and serve.
