Strawberry Basil Float

Ingredients:

  • ​20ml Le Sirop de MONIN Strawberry
  • 4 pieces of Lime wedges
  • Top up with Lemon lime soda
  • A handful of Basil

Garnish:

  • 1 scoop of Vanilla ice cream

Preparation:

1. Squeeze lime wedges into the glass.

2. Gently slap the basil leaves to release their aroma, then add them to the glass.

3. Add the syrup and a dash of soda.

4. Fill the glass with ice and top up with more soda.

5. Finally, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream at the top.
