Rosemary Grapefruit Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 20ml MONIN Pink Grapefruit Syrup
  • 15ml Lime juice
  • 150ml Homemade rosemary soda water
  • 5 pieces of Mint leaves

Garnish:

  • Rosemary
  • Lime slices

Preparation:

1. Infuse rosemary into water, charge with CO2, then store for later use. 

2. Add the MONIN Pink Grapefruit Syrup, lime juice, and mint leaves into a glass. 

3. Fill the glass with ice. 

4. Top up with the rosemary soda water. 

5. Garnish and serve.
