Rhubarb Collin's

Preparation

1. Pour all ingredients, except the sparkling water in a shaker filled with ice
2. Shake then pour in a collins glass
3. Prepare the green banana foam with a flavour blaster then lay it on top of the drink
4. Garnish the glass with spinach powder line
5. Serve
