PSP Matcha Latte

Ingredients:

• 20ml MONIN Matcha Green Tea Syrup
• 15ml MONIN Purple Sweet Potato Syrup
• 50ml Whipping cream
• 100ml Fresh milk

Garnish:

• Matcha powder

Preparation:

1. Hand blend MONIN Purple Sweet Potato and whipping cream until creamy and smooth then set aside.

2. Add MONIN Matcha Green Tea Syrup and fresh milk in a glass filled with ice

3. Stir to combine and top Purple Sweet Potato cream

4. Garnish and serve.
