Pisco Sour Pistachio

Preparation

1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker
2. Shake once without ice cubes to emulsify the egg white
3. Add ice cubes and shake again
4. Double strain into a chilled glas
5. Garnish with a few drops of bitter on the mousse
6. Serve
