Paloma Ruby Grapefruit

Preparation

1. Pour all ingredients, except sparkling water, into a shaker filled with ice cubes
2. Shake vigorously
3. Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes
4. Top up with sparkling water
5. Garnish and serve
