Maple Citrus Dressing

Ingredients:

• 20ml Le Sirop de MONIN Maple
• 30ml Le Concentre de MONIN Lemon Rantcho
• 50ml Olive oil
• A pinch of salt and pepper
• Fresh oregano

Preparation:

1. Combine syrup and concentrate into a bowl.

2. Whisk the mixture until well blended.

3. Gradually incorporate olive oil while continuing to whisk.

4. Stir in the chopped oregano and season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Store in airtight container for later use.
