Kachai Ume

Ingredients:

• 15ml Le Sirop de MONIN Ume Plum
• 15ml Lime juice
  
• 45ml Pu-erh infused dark rum

Garnish:

• Ume plum
• Mint sprig

Preparation:

1. Add all ingredients into a glass

2. Add ice and shake vigorously with a shaker

3. Strain mixture into another glass filled with ice

4. Garnish and serve
