Hot Matcha Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 25g Le Frappe de MONIN Chocolate
  • 35ml MONIN Matcha Green Tea Cream 
  • 150ml Fresh milk
  • 30ml Hot water

MONIN Matcha Green Tea Cream

  • 15ml MONIN Matcha Green Tea Syrup
  • 10ml Le Concentre de MONIN Liquid Frappe Concentrate
  • 80ml Whipping cream

Garnish:

  • L’Artiste de MONIN Cocoa

Preparation:

1. Whisk Le Frappe de MONIN Chocolate with hot water in a cup until no clumps and set aside.

2. Hand blend MONIN Matcha Green Tea Syrup, Le Concentre de MONIN Liquid Frappe, and whipping cream until creamy and smooth. Set this aside as well. 

3. Froth milk and pour into a cup along with whisked Le Frappe de MONIN Chocolate and top up with MONIN Matcha Green Tea Cream prepared earlier.

4. Garnish and serve.
