Preparation

  1. Pour all the ingredients in a shaker, except the sparkling water
  2. Fill it up with ice
  3. Shake then pour in a collins glass, previously garnished with dragon fruit powder
  4. Top with sparkling water
  5. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated pineapple
  6. Serve
