Duke & Duchess Paloma

Ingredients:

• 15ml MONIN Pink Grapefruit Syrup
• 15ml Lime juice
• 40ml Tequila
• 120ml Sparkling wine

Garnish:

• Salt flakes
• Grapefruit slices

Preparation:

1. Rim a glass with salt flakes. 

2. Add all ingredients except sparkling wine into the glass.

3. Add ice, stir to mix and top it up with sparking wine. 

4. Garnish and serve.
