Dried Ume Highball

Ingredients:

  • 20ml Le Sirop de MONIN Ume Plum 
  • 30ml whiskey
  • 100ml soda water

Garnish:

  • Preserved plum
  • Strawberry

Preparations:

1. Add Le Sirop de MONIN Ume Plum and whiskey into a glass.

2. Add ice and stir well to combine.

3. Top with soda water and stir gently.

4. Garnish to serve.
