Cloud Ruby Iced Tea

Ingredients:

• 15ml Le Sirop de MONIN Ruby Chocolate
• 90ml Full cream milk
• 30ml Salted whipped cream
• 60ml Concentrated black tea
  

Garnish:

• Ruby chocolate shavings

Preparation:

1. Add syrup into a glass with ice.

2. Add milk and black tea into the glass. 

3. Mix the ingredients well and top with whipped cream. 

4. Garnish and serve.
