  • 10ml Le Sirop de MONIN Brown Butter
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 40ml rum
  • Single ristretto
  • 90ml hot water


1. Add in rum, coffee and hot water

2. Combine cream and syrup into shaker

3. Shake the cream until become stiff

4. Slowly pour over the cream on top
