Butter & Oat Hojicha


  • 15ml Le Sirop de MONIN Brown Butter
  • 4gm pure hojicha powder
  • 120ml oat milk
  • 40ml hot water


1. Add in hojicha powder and hot water in a bowl

2. Whisk until no clumps

3. Add in syrup and oat milk into glass

4. Fill glass with ice, and slowly float whisked hojicha on top
