Butter Crackers Cream Latte

Ingredients:

  • 20ml Le Sirop de MONIN Brown Butter
  • 150ml fresh milk
  • Double ristretto
  • Cream cap
    • 15ml MONIN flavours of choice
    • 100ml heavy cream
    • 150ml fresh milk

Garnish: 

  • Cream cracker

Preparation:

Cream cap

 

1. Combine all ingredients into a mixing jar

2. Whisk the mixture until double the volume or stiff

3. Set aside and chill

Butter Crackers Cream Latte

1. Add in syrup, follow by milk

2. Fill glass with ice and extract coffee

3. Slowly float coffee on top

4. Cover the top with cream cap and garnish with cream cracker
