Preparation
- Add the bobas or tapioca pearls to a glass and fill with ice cubes
- Pour in 20 ml of le Sirop de MONIN Cinnamon Roll and le Concentré de MONIN White Tea
- Top up with milk, leaving space at the top of the glass for the flavoured cold foam
- Pour the skim milk and 10 ml of le Sirop de MONIN Cinnamon Roll into the bowl of a blender specially designed for cold foam
- Mix with the appropriate program
- Complete the bubble tea with the cold foam and garnish with cinnamon powder
- Serve
