Blackcurrant Sparkling Lemonade

Preparation

1. Pour the MONIN products and a small amount of soda water in a lemonade jar
2. Mix well
3. Add ice cubes and top up with soda water
4. Stir gently
5. Garnish with a lemon wheel
6. Serve
