Preparation:
1. Crush the tip of lemongrass to unleash its flavour and place it into a glass.
2. Combine syrup, mint leaves, calamansi and kaffir leaves into the glass.
3. Add ice and a dash of pink grapefruit soda, mix well with lemongrass as stirrer.
4. Top up with more ice and pink grapefruit soda
5. Garnish and serve.
