Apple Mule

Ingredients:

  • 20ml Le Fruit de MONIN Fuji Red Apple
  • 40ml Cinnamon-infused vodka
  • 20ml Lime juice
  • Ginger beer as a top-up

Garnish:

  • Mint leaves
  • Apple slice

Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients, except the ginger beer, into a copper glass.

2. Add a dash of ginger beer and mix well.

3. Add in crushed ice and top-up with more ginger beer.

4. Garnish and serve.
