Aged Ume Shakerato

Ingredients:

• 30ml Le Sirop de MONIN Ume Plum
• 60ml cold brew coffee

Garnish: 

• Orange peel

Preparation:

1. Add all ingredients into a shaker

2. Add ice and shake well to combine

3. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass

4. Garnish to serve
